Craig Stinson, Chairman

Craig Stinson was born in 1961 in Evanston, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Oakland University and his MBA from the University of Michigan. Craig Stinson held several positions at ArvinMeritor, most recently he served as President of the company’s largest division Light Vehicle Systems. Then, Craig Stinson became CEO of Breeze Industrial Products. Further, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors at NORMA Group. Following the acquisition of Hilite International by 3i, he managed the transition phase of the company in his function as Chairman of the Board and CEO. Since the installation of the new Management Board in August 2011, he focuses on his role as Chairman at Hilite International.

Karl Hammer, Chief Executive Officer

Karl Hammer was born in 1966 in Parsberg, Bavaria (Germany). He graduated in engineering from the University of Applied Sciences of Regensburg in 1993. Karl Hammer held several positions at Harman/Becker Automotive where he subsequently assumed responsibility for the Farmington office in Michigan. In 2005, he joined Alpine in Farmington as Head of OEM Sales and Program Management. Before his appointment as the CEO of Hilite International, Karl Hammer had worked since 2008 for Hydraulik-Ring, most recently as the General Manager responsible for distribution, procurement and research & development.

Stefan Eck, Chief Financial Officer

Stefan Eck, born 1969 in Bürgstadt, Bavaria (Germany), trained as a banker and subsequently studied economics at the Universities of Saarbrücken and Regensburg. He graduated in economics in 1997 and passed the examination for US auditors in Delaware, USA, in 1998. Stefan Eck began his professional career as an auditor at BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand in Munich and BDO Seidmann LLP in Chicago. With only a short interruption, he held managerial positions at Honsel Group and several Honsel subsidiaries between 2003 and 2010, most recently as the CEO and CFO of the Honsel Group.

Jörg Feuring, Chief Operating Officer

Jörg Feuring was born in 1966 in Biedenkopf, Hesse (Germany). He held managerial positions at Alcan BDW GmbH & Co. KG, for instance as Division Head Technical Services and Head of Product Lines. Between 2002 and 2005, he worked for ThyssenKrupp Bilstein in Mandern and Sibiu (Romania), most recently as General Manager. Between 2005 and 2007, Jörg Feuring was Plant Manager in Tenneco near Zwickau. He then joined Neumayer Tekfor where he held several managerial positions in the parent company and its subsidiaries. Most recently, Jörg Feuring was responsible for Neumayer Tekfor's German business.
