Hilite´s Northern Stamping division is a supplier of precision, structural, stamped and welded components to automotive OEM´s, and tier 1 suppliers.

The primary focus is on the manufacture of medium to large stampings assembled to very close tolerances. Hilite produces parts utilizing all of the expected metal stamping technologies, sophisticated robotic welding, and e-coating.

Automated error-proofing verifies each step of the manufacturing process for 100% of the parts. Individual serial number labeling plays an important role in achieving zero defects as each part is analyzed singly rather than as part of a lot.
