Your tasks as a Controller will be:

• Controlling for our 2 German locations: plant Marktheidenfeld and the R&D center in Nürtingen
• Material cost controlling
• Calculation runs in SAP (standard costs, inventory evaluation)
• Regular maintenance of controlling master data in SAP
• Active participation in the month-end closing, reporting and analysis
• Regular variance analysis and tracking of measures to reduce these variances
• Analyzing and monitoring of cost structures in close collaboration with plant functions
• Identification of potential savings and proposal of measures for overall results improvement
• Business partner for all functions in the plant and plant management
• Continuous improvement and development of controlling tools and processes
• Participation in flash, forecast and budget process
• Calculation of hourly rates and surcharge rates
• Participation in the annual audit
• Ad-hoc analysis and participation in projects

Your profile:

• University degree or similar education
• Minimum 3 years experience as a controller in a manufacturing environment (automotive is an advantage)
• Work experience with SAP mandatory
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel
• Analytical, structured work approach
• Pro-active approach
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of German language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to Germany on a regular basis (at least once per quarter)
