Your Accountabilities

a      Ensure compliant, transparent, timely, and reliable Group financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders — while bridging cultural communication gaps between German management and the Chinese shareholder

•        Prepare shareholder reports and build comprehensive reporting packages for shareholder board meetings
•         Ensure smooth information flow and alignment between Group HQ and Chinese shareholders
•         Translate complex financial reality, business context and operational constraints into clear, culturally appropriate explanations
•        Support discussions on financing options and selected strategic topics with structured analysis and communication with shareholders
•        Prepare Group financial reporting (Actual, Flash, Forecast, Budget) including variance analysis
•        Coordinate and monitor global monthly and annual closing in collaboration with Group Accounting
•         Govern, coordinate, and oversee Flash / Forecast / Budget processes across the Group
•         Drive standardization of templates, guidelines, and reporting logic across entities
•        Maintain and develop controlling tools, templates, and reporting guidelines
•         Functionally administer and continuously improve the reporting & consolidation tool

Your Experience

•         Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Administration.
•         More than 5 years experience in Group Controlling / Group Accounting / Group Finance.
•         Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and controlling processes.
•         Experience in operating confidently in both China and Western corporate contexts
•         Fluent Mandarin and English, German is a plus.
•         Ideally proven experience working with Chinese shareholders
•         Integrity, resilience and empathy
•         Strong communication skills with executive presence
•         High cultural intelligence and ability to translate between Western and Chinese business logic
•         Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
•         Structured, accurate, and highly reliable work style
•        Proactive, solution oriented mindset
