HYDROGEN POWER FOR GREENER AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS

Hydrogen as a clean energy source is becoming increasingly important worldwide, particularly with regard to reducing CO2 emissions. Our valve technology plays a decisive role in the safe and efficient use of this energy in automotive applications.

Everything for the anode circuit

Hilite hydrogen valves cover the entire functional range of the fuel cell, especially the valves on the anode side. The anode circuit supplies fuel cells with hydrogen. Our products include the valves for the fresh hydrogen supply (shut-off or pressure control function) as well as the drain valves for gas and liquid components (purge or drain function). We are the right partner for valves in and around the fuel cell through consistent production-optimized design with our experience from large-scale production.

Optimization through module integration

Together with our valves, we offer modular solutions up to a complete anode path as a recirculation module. These applications save installation space and costs for our customers' systems. The integration of an ejector (jet pump) in particular enables an efficient recirculation. We can also integrate water separators, a preheater, and associated attachments into a corresponding solution.

OUR HIGHPRESSURE COMPONENTS

As part of our comprehensive solution, we provide high-quality components for the hydrogen high-pressure side, including hydrogen pressure regulator and tank valves for both 35MPa & 70MPa.

NEW APPLICATION: H2 SOLID STATE STORAGE

Our hydrogen solid state solution enables our customers to benefit from the advantages by means of safety, high energy density, and low costs. We provide solid hydrogen storage OTVs for various metal hydrides, especially used in 2-wheel applications and stationary fuel cell systems.
