Hilite’s 2025 Supplier Conference in China: Rebuild · Grow · Trust

We were proud to host the 2025 Supplier Conference in Changshu, China under the powerful theme “Rebuild · Grow · Trust.” It was an inspiring gathering of our global partners and suppliers, where we explored the future of mobility and tackled key topics such as electrification, technology innovation, diversified product strategy, and supply chain resilience.

CEO James Shen shared his vision for the automotive industry and introduced the Hilite 2030 Strategy - a roadmap to sustainable, global growth. His message was clear: navigating uncertainty requires strong, collaborative partnerships. Together, we can drive forward with confidence.

Aligned with our 2030 Strategy, Hilite is driving sustainable global growth by advancing smart and digital manufacturing across our global operations. At the same time, we are strengthening and optimizing our local R&D capabilities to better support regional customer needs, drive innovation closer to the market, and create stronger global synergies. Together, these strategic initiatives position Hilite to deliver faster, more efficient, and more customer-focused solutions worldwide.
